The General Terms of Business as well as the Sales and Delivery Conditions apply to all contracts concluded with the company CUT GmbH & Co. KG, even in the case if the party to the contract refers to its own Terms of Business when placing its order. When placing an order, you agree at the same time with all other conditions of the company CUT GmbH & Co. KG displayed on the Web site. The contract is concluded only by sending the written acknowledgement of order by the company CUT GmbH & Co. KG. If the acknowledgement of order differs from the specifications given by the customer in his order, he is obliged to correct these specifications immediately in writing. Otherwise the contract becomes effective under the conditions of the acknowledgement of order.
