Our location in the heart of Europe
We have placed our headquarters intentionally on the outskirts of Düsseldorf, the capital of the federal state North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). About 18 million people are living in NRW, more than 5.3 million of them in the neighbouring Ruhrgebiet.
If NRW was an independent state, it would hold the 16th position of the most powerful countries of the world. With a gross domestic product of more than 500 billion EUR in 2006, NRW is the most powerful German federal state. It achieved nearly 5 % of the economic results of the whole EU.
The central position, the optimal traffic infrastructure and the proximity to many producing companies were important reasons to place our company in NRW. The international airports of Düsseldorf and Cologne can be reached by car within 15 and 40 minutes respectively. Thus NRW is the ideal place for us to serve all European markets.
